- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and serves as a
contract between you and Aloha Wedding Ceremonies; print Contract Agreement - The balance is due 14 days prior to your ceremony date
- Full payment when bookings are four (4) weeks or less of the ceremony date
- Email confirmation within 48 hours upon receipt of your deposit or payment
- State sales tax included in all packages offered
- Package prices are subject to change without notice
- State beach permit and fee are included in all wedding packages offered, where
applicable, and for up to twenty attending guest; with the exception of National Park
Services permits and fees - Rehearsals, there is a $100 per hour fee for rehearsals
- Travel fee, there is an additional $200 travel fee for areas outside of the Kona Coast.
