Aloha Wedding Ceremonies
Deposit and Payment:
A 50% (non-refundable) deposit is required to secure your date;
The balance is due 14 days prior to your ceremony date
. Full payment is required
when bookings are within four (4) weeks, or less, of your ceremony date;
State sales tax included in all packages offered.

Contract Agreement:
Until confirmed, package prices are subject to change without notice.
Bookings a
re based, solely, on date availability; and are secured once a deposit
and/or payment, completed and signed Contract Agreement, has been received.
The deposit and Contract Agreement serves to secure the package or
quoted price at the time of booking; between you, the client, and
Aloha Wedding Ceremonies.

signed and completed contract agreement,
deposit and/or payment.

Additional Fees:
Travel Fees: May apply for distance-travel time outside of
the Kona/Kohala Coast; and will be negotiated on an
individual bases, at time of booking.

Beach Permits/Site Fees: May apply, and will be negotiated
on an individual bases; at time of booking.
