AlohaCeremonies - Contract Agreement / Terms of Use
Deposit:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The balance is due 14 days prior to your ceremony date.
Full-payment is required for booking 30 days or less of the ceremony date and must be paid by credit card or certified check. All services
include Hawaii State Sale Tax. All major credit cards accepted with secure on-line payment available through PayPal; certified and personal
checks/cheque.
Reschedule:
Should you need to reschedule your wedding date your deposit or full-payment will be applied toward the new date. Should
you need to cancel your wedding for any reason the deposit or full-payment is non-refundable. Final payment not received within 14 calendar
days of your confirmed wedding date, without notification, your wedding can be cancelled.
Travel Fee:
Locations requiring more than one hour drive will be an additional $1 per mile round trip. It is the clients responsibility to be
familiar with the location of the ceremony site and to make sure that the attending guests arrive at the scheduled time agree upon.
Marriage License:
It is the responsibility of the couple to get the marriage license. If you do not have your license on the date of the
wedding AlohaCeremonies will not be at fault for the ceremony not taking place. It is your responsibility to bring the marriage license to the
ceremony location for the minister. The ceremony cannot begin until the minister has the license in hand.
Beach Wedding:
We take care of all beach wedding permit required paperwork. Alcoholic beverages prohibited on all Hawaii State and
county beaches; and therefore release AlohaCeremonies from all liabilities thereof, when user or users not in compliance with state and county
law(s) where alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
Photography:
All packages offering photography includes one hour photography services. Additional time over one hour is at a rate of $400
per hour. AlohaCeremonies reserves the right to use digital reproductions of the photographs and/or video clips for purposes of web-display,
exhibitions, contests, advertising, and other purposes; unless otherwise specified.
Guarantee:
AlohaCeremonies guarantees that the client will receive the services at the prices stated at the time of the contract.
