Ceremony Request Form
Below are two non-denominational sample ceremonies which can be customized to your individual,
beliefs, spiritual-needs, and lifestyles. The individual ceremony words are slightly changed to reflect which
type of ceremony such as marriage, vow renewal, civil union or commitment. The religious version will
consist of religious prayers; where the non-religious version will omits these prayers.
It is my preference not to alter or change the words or composition of these ceremonies.
However you may opt to read special passages, speak your own vows to each other, have special
readings from family, friends or guest and/or incorporate a family or cultural tradition.
Both ceremonies are approx 20 minutes in length.
